Expert bathroom renovations in Kanata, delivered by Kanata Bathroom Renovations Inc (KBR Inc.). We turn dated West Ottawa spaces into durable, modern sanctuaries that fit real family and professional lifestyles across Beaverbrook, Katimavik, Kanata Lakes, and beyond.
Many Kanata homes built in the 1980s–2000s still carry original builder-grade fixtures, tired vanities, and layouts that feel cramped for today’s busy households. A thoughtful update typically returns 60–80% ROI in the Ottawa area while dramatically improving daily comfort and resale appeal in this competitive suburban market.
At Kanata Bathroom Renovations Inc., we make that investment practical and worry-free. Founder Antoine Briere leads every project with local insight, premium materials chosen for longevity, and a streamlined process that respects your time and home. No surprises, no rushed subcontractors—just precision craftsmanship built to last.

Kanata is home base for us—it’s in our name, and it’s where we’ve built our reputation one bathroom at a time. So a renovation here is more than a quick update; it’s a chance to make the room genuinely work better for how your household lives. Our approach is simple, transparent, and client-first: we start with an in-home consultation to see how you actually use the space, then design practical layouts in premium, low-maintenance materials.
From there, our fully licensed team carries the whole project—permits, demolition, plumbing, electrical, finishes, and the final walkthrough—so you’re never the one juggling separate trades or chasing answers. You get one accountable team and a renovation that stays calm from start to finish, held to the standard for quality and durability we’re known for across Kanata.
